Most things fix themselves faster than a message: flag a report that breaks the rules (three flags hide it automatically), or add your own report to a number to set the record straight. For anything else, write to us here.
Removal requests
We remove reports that break the rules - personal details, threats, abuse, or claims that are plainly false - and pages for private numbers that were reported in error. Tell us exactly which report, and why. We don't remove honest reports of a genuine experience just because the caller doesn't like them; the owner of a number can always add their own report explaining who they are.
Is this your business?
If your business's listed number is wrong, has changed, or you've been the victim of caller ID spoofing (people get calls from your number that you never made), let us know with the number and we'll update the page.
Scams and emergencies
BadCall can't recover money or trace callers. If you've lost money, call your bank, then IDCARE on 1800 595 160, and report it to Scamwatch. If you're in danger, call 000.
